Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for social media and website development; videography and photography; creating and maintaining a library of project marketing sheets; assisting with marketing campaigns, collateral, and branding; coordinating sponsorships, award submissions, and events; general department support, database management, the quarterly newsletter, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will understand and exemplify the HSC Way while performing the following essential functions:

Social Media & Company Website

  • Create digital content promoting internal projects, external digital campaigns, and strategic advertisements, while assisting with the growth of our digital presence.
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts.
  • Update HSC’s website with noteworthy content, photography, and videography.

Videography & Photography

  • Capture video content in the field and work with existing video content to create in-house video.
  • Take photographs at internal and external events, project photography on job sites, employee headshots, and catalog all photography.

Project Marketing Sheets

  • Responsible for organizing and cultivating ongoing project marketing sheets to showcase HSC’s success in completing projects.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to identify project opportunities, photography, and appropriate language.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in organizing & executing project marketing campaigns.
  • Examples include: external e-blasts, internal quarterly newsletter, holiday postcards, office artwork, and infographics.

Marketing Collateral & Branding

  • Maintain company standards for proposal & presentation templates, logo usage, fonts, colors, verbiage, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of materials production/printing, receipt, and distribution.

Sponsorships, Awards, & Events

  • Maintain and coordinate all client events & sponsorship opportunities with vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Update calendar, track attendees, coordinate promotional materials, and cost details.
  • Track nominations and submissions for awards.

Department Support

  • Work with vendors to order marketing collateral (gifts, holiday cards, hard hat stickers, apparel, company swag, artwork, etc.)
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining Marketing Drive’s architecture of folders, files, & data.
  • Support other departments’ needs with various marketing tools, ordering collateral, creating signage, apparel, etc.
  • Light front desk phone coverage as necessary.

CRM & Database Management

  • Support the company’s CRM database, ensuring all data is up-to-date and usable.

Proposals

  • Supports the Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, and Business Development Coordinator in completing client proposals.
  • Organize strategy meetings with necessary parties.
  • Manage deliverables & design layout of proposals in Adobe InDesign.
  • Assist with providing and proofing appropriate information for submissions.
  • Support the presentation/interview process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education/relevant experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a professional Marketing role or production team.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Acrobat.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Experience posting on LinkedIn. Social media/website management is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based CRM Database
  • A&E/Construction industry preferred but not required.

Must be positive, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills. Must be flexible, detail-oriented, well organized, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing short-term goals and long-term objectives. Must be comfortable maintaining
a professional demeanor, taking initiative, and regularly interacting with co-workers, executives, and partners.

ADA REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and/or stretch from seated or standing positions.
  • Ability to utilize a computer for long stretches (requiring finger dexterity/visual acuity).
  • Ability to hear/see to record and prepare communications.
  • Moderate/intense concentration to meet deadlines and flexibility to readily adapt to
    a changing environment.
  • Must be able to lift 10 lbs or more and file in a 5-drawer lateral cabinet.
  • Required three days a week in our office in Exton, PA.
  • Ability to travel independently.
