New Jersey

The pilot design-build lab renovation included an aquatic vivarium, new mechanical space, installation of an elevator, and ADA upgrades. Features of this 14,000sf project include an aquatic habitat and fish holding/testing laboratory (fresh and salt water), environmental room for dry climate insect holding/testing, pre-filtration and reverse osmosis water system, and grey water recovery. Halfway through the project’s construction, design and replacement of the existing four-pipe fan coil unit system was requested. The team successfully completed the scope change within the original construction schedule.
