Our goal is to promote safety that goes beyond the projects and has a meaningful, positive impact on people, families and the communities in which we all live.

The nature of construction is inherently perceived as hazardous. Recognizing that each project has its own unique safety risks, HSC creates an environment at every jobsite to protect workers, clients, visitors, and the general public. Our goal is for everyone to go home safely at the end of the day, every day.

HSC’s commitment to safety begins with our Executive Management who have instilled safety as not just a practice, but as part of our culture. This concept is lived each day on every jobsite through our project managers, superintendents, and the trade contractors. At the beginning of construction and as each new trade arrives on site, they are given a briefing of specific safety goals and activities. To ensure good practices, weekly “Toolbox Talks” and routine safety audits are conducted with trade contractors.
