EMD Performance Materials Navy Yard Relocation

A relocation of EMD’s Innovation & Technology Center to a LEED Gold building in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The two-floor, fast-paced fit-out included open plan offices as well as labs. The space has storefronts throughout, an open ceiling with angled acoustical clouds, and a ‘living wall.’  The lab spaces were fit-out for product testing of cosmetics, paints, and eco-resins. Equipment installed included two Columet spray booths, a Global Finishing Solutions spray booth, an injection molder, and Millipore weatherizing equipment.
