The facility renovation and expansion provides additional food service capacity to match the increased head count on the campus due to a consolidation of two facilities. The servery features an open display kitchen, flexible plug & play equipment, a back-filled salad bar, island deli, and a self check-out counter. New electrical panels were installed and all finishes within the space were updated.
