The new four-story Medical Office Building core & shell has an exterior comprised of brick, storefront windows, curtainwall, metal panels, and EIFS, all on metal stud backup. Infrastructure system installations include two rooftop DX AHUs with electric reheat coils and fan power boxes for heating and cooling; a new domestic water system with domestic water pumps, hot water heaters, and storage tanks; a fully sprinklered building with a diesel fire pump; new electric service 1500kW, switchgear, and distribution panels; and a new generator 300kW provides emergency power for the tenant fit-outs. Tenant fitouts by HSC Builders included the Rothman Ambulatory Surgery Center, Abramson Senior Center, and a Family Medicine Physician Office.
