Retrofit of an existing packaging space to accommodate modular PODs manufacturing facilities. Fit-out of the surrounding space created a fully functional Cell Manufacturing Suite Clean Room. Features included the pre-manufactured PODs, AES clean room partitions, cGMP warehouse, clean compressed air system, QA/QC Lab, media prep facilities, Production Lab, security upgrades, classified spaces, loading dock renovations, and a new locker, gowning, and airlock space for 200 employees.
