This Central Utility Plant upgrade included the replacement of a 40-year old Keeler 900 BHP water tube boiler with two Johnston fire tube boilers (600 & 300 BHP). Scope of work included the expansion and relocation of new boiler control room, installation of boiler blow-down tank, a new motor control center, a replacement of an existing dearator with a new duo tank dearator from Cleaver Brooks, and new 5,000 CFM make-up air units.
