Confidential Client – R&D Lab & Office Fit-out

Malvern, Pennsylvania

As part of this 50,000sf design-build fit-out, a coordination and relocation effort involved 700 pieces of existing, pre-used owner lab equipment. Each piece of equipment had utility requirements involving power, plumbing, and/or exhaust requirements. Project features included new R&D flexible lab and office spaces, two new AHUs, high plume dilution exhaust fans, fume hoods, 600AMP electrical, conference rooms, kitchen/lounge area, and material/equipment lift.
