Wilmington, DelawareHSC Builders successfully completed the construction of the Lisa Dean Moseley Hematology Oncology Outpatient Space at Nemours Children’s Hospital, delivering a thoughtfully designed environment dedicated to pediatric cancer care and treatment. This project transformed an existing clinical area into a modern, patient-centered outpatient suite that supports infusion therapy, clinical consultations, and multidisciplinary care coordination. The space was carefully planned to enhance patient comfort, privacy, and family engagement while seamlessly integrating advanced medical equipment and infrastructure. Executed within an active hospital setting, the project required detailed phasing, stringent infection control measures, and close collaboration with Nemours stakeholders to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. The result is a highly functional, welcoming environment that reflects Nemours’ commitment to excellence in pediatric hematology and oncology care.
