Princeton University McCosh Health Center RenovationPrinceton, New Jersey
The McCosh Health Center renovation involved the total gut and renovation of the 15,000sf on-campus infirmary. HSC managed an accelerated summer schedule to complete the job within four months, while the other floors remained occupied. The newly configured health center includes the addition of new exam rooms, a new employee health center, vaccine storage space, lab space, and administrative space. Special features included full restoration of the 1920s wood paneling, replacement of building’s electrical distribution equipment, a new heat recovery system, and an upgraded radon remediation system.
