Unilife Medical Solutions World Headquarters

Unilife Medical Solutions New World Headquarters is a 140,000sf facility encompassing production, warehouse, and office spaces. The 40,000sf office section functions as Unilife’s global headquarters and supports administrative, marketing, new product development, and other operational functions of the company. The new facility has been designed with an additional 100,000sf of contiguous production space. The project includes 20,000sf ISO 7 & 8 medical device manufacturing facility and warehouse. In addition to the QC and Microbiology Labs the project includes a Central Utility Plant with Chilled Water 700 Tons, Steam Boiler 29HP, Heating Hot Water with three boilers, eight AHUs, and Electric 13.2KV service.
