A 171,000sf design-build expansion of an existing chemical distribution facility with renovation to accommodate the increase of employees. The facility stores many different chemicals and hazard classes in both large and small packaging configurations. The project includes a cooler; freezer; and controlled-ambient, ambient, and flammable material storage areas.
