Widener University Metropolitan Hall

Chester, Pennsylvania

The 90,000sf new four-story residence hall incorporates a variety of suites, each including kitchens and bathrooms.  Other features include 293 total student beds, Student Health Center, a combination of brick veneer and curtainwall for three stories of floor lounges, and a geothermal heat pump system with 72 five-hundred-foot deep wells. Metropolitan Hall was built to meet LEED Silver specifications.
